The Paul Daly Band was formed in late 2005 out of the ashes of "Six Hand Reel".
Ex members of "Reel", Paul Daly, Phil Newton and Paul Richards were joined by Paul Wyett on Guitar and Vocals.
In Summer 2006 the CD "Many Miles" was recorded in Jimi Slevins studio in Germany and the Band used the name "The Paul Daly Band", named after the main vocalist in a band which concentrates on original and traditional songs.
Early 2007 Paul Richards decided to spend more time in England on his houseboat and the three other members decided to continue as a three piece calling on guest musicians as the occasion requires.
In September 2007 the Band was joined by new permanent member "Bernie Bigler" experienced musician on the Munich scene.
The Band are playing more and more concert gigs as well as pub gigs in and outside the Munich area where they are based.
